Lia Bowen

I was only 10 when my Dad first presented the Complaint Free Challenge to our church. As a 10 year old I was not thrilled with the idea of not being able to complain, but I am immensely grateful to have been involved in this movement from the very begining

The Complaint Free Movement caused me to be a more positive and happier person in every part of my life because I did not waste my time with complaints.

After graduating College I began working for A Complaint Free World fulltime and now handle all Marketing and Fullfillment.

My goal is to encourage people to give up the toxic habit of complaining and begin to live a life of happiness and success. All it takes is a little purple band.
