Synopsis
Do you remember the story when Pooh and Piglet went to visit Rabbit only to find his home empty and a sign on the door reading, “Buzy Backsun”?
The story goes on that Pooh and Piglet are convinced Rabbit has been abducted by an animal called a Buzy Backsun when, in reality Rabbit simply couldn’t spell either “busy” or “back soon”.
The irony is that Pooh and Piglet then became very busy searching for Rabbit who was, himself, off being busy.
Someone once pointed out that I get a “rush from rushing” and I’ve discovered since an anecdote to the stress addiction of feeling so hurried.
I call it “Sweet Time” and today I’ll share with you how this mental shift can change how you approach your whole day.
