Our ego minds are always trying to convince us that we have more problems than we think we do.
This overwhelms us and makes it easier to control.
To break free we have to put our problems into perspective and the best way to do that is to stab them with a pen.
In other words, sit down and write about our problems exhaustively until new solutions come into view.

Absolutely perfect for today! Thanks. I really needed that message today. I am finally starting back to work Monday after 10 months off from a head injury. And I am full of doubt and anxiety but also excited. Just need to keep focused on the POSITIVE! No complaining! Thanks for having me along on this journey.
