Imagine you feel sad.
Where would you feel sadness in your body and what would that sensation be like?
If I asked you to feel even more sad, could you?
Of course you could.
Now, imagine I asked you if you could feel happier than you already do, could you do that?
Believe it or not, the answer is yes and you would follow much of the same procedure but for some reason we don’t tend to do that.
In this JumpStart, I’m going to inspire you to cultivate happiness in your life rather than sadness and show you the steps necessary to make that happen.
It is a choice you get to make on a daily basis i’m starting today you will get to choose and cultivate happiness at a greater level than you ever imagined possible.
