People use the word “feelings” incorrectly most of the time.
They say, “I feel” when they actually mean “I think” as in “I feel we should do this.”
And even when they use the word “feel” correctly, they don’t identify the feeling in their body such that they can become aware of the sensations and energy the feeling creates.
Today, let’s get in touch with our feelings and how our body reacts to feelings we experience.
More importantly, let’s learn how to manage our bodily sensations (feelings) such that we are less reactive and more happy.
