Many people have the idea that once their lives get better then they will not be driven to complain.

However, studies show exactly the opposite. Often, the better a person’s life becomes the more they complain because their expectations become raised.

Higher expectations lead to unmet desires.

Unmet desires can lead to complaining.

Of course you should have goals and ideals. Your life should be a reflection of your highest and best thoughts.

However, as the old saying goes, “People make plans and God laughs.“

We need to make room in our lives for disappointment knowing that things are going to go wrong.

And it is when we are disappointed that we learn the most about ourselves and we grow to our fullest expression.
