Worry serves a purpose.

Worry gets us to think of possible negative outcomes and make plans should they occur.

The problem is, worry doesn’t typically stop once we’ve thought of alternative solutions should problems arise.  

Our worrying just continues which is not good because as my friend, Joe Vitale says, “Worry is negative goal setting.”
