I’m on Day 6.
Complaining is so habitual it’s like watching a bullet train go by. The complaints go through our minds at lightning speed and, for a while, we are incapable of stopping them from coming out of our mouths.
Becoming Complaint Free is allowing the railroad cars (the negative thoughts) to pass through our minds and not focus on them. Instead, focus on the space BETWEEN the cars which is the CALMNESS of our minds.
As you feel less inner conflict you will find yourself making fewer negative comments (complaints) about life.
What might you do today to de-stress and, as a result, complain less?
