Meditation makes your mind stronger and puts your thoughts under your control so you can direct the infinite resources of your brain to create the life you desire (instead of the life you fear.)

In today’s JumpStart, I explain how most people who think they are meditating wrong are actually doing it right!

And, I tell the story of a prison in Alabama who eradicated inmate violence through meditation.
