Remember—it’s NOT complaining if you speak DIRECTLY and ONLY to someone who can affect the change that you seek. Rather than complaining to someone ABOUT a problem, speak to someone who can FIX the problem.

It seems that many people spend some portion of their workdays complaining about their families and their problems at home. At night, they reverse the process and go home where they complain about work.

They never address the person(s) who can actually improve either situation. As a result, things don’t improve and their complaints continue because they feel even more justified in complaining.

Being Complaint Free isn’t about being a doormat. It’s about practicing healthy communication.
