Complaining rewires your brain for negativity causing you to actually look for and attract problems. By complaining about our family, our job, and our health we are focusing on what is wrong with our lives, not what is right. Consequently, all we see is the bad and we continue to be unhappy, unhealthy, and unsuccessful. 

Complaining causes your adrenal cortex to pump out the stress hormone cortisol making you more likely to get fat, have high blood pressure, diabetes, a heart attack or even a stroke.

Worst of all, complaining is an epidemic that spreads from person to person in casual conversation. Complaining is a competitive sport, you need two players to play the game. So when you choose not to play the complaining game anymore then those around you can’t play either and all of a sudden your life becomes less infected with complaints.

Make a change for yourself and the world around you and stop complaining!
